John Vernon of Animal House

Sometimes what makes a good movie is a good or even great villain. Someone that can carry the movie equally as the good guy or even surpass him becoming the true star of the film. There are many examples of this, one being the Joker in both "Batman" (1989) and "The Dark Knight" (2008). And for that you need an actor who do it with seemly ease, like John Vernon.  His deep, menacing voice was custom-made for the many bad guys he played.

Vernon was a prolific stage-trained Canadian character player who made a career out of convincingly playing crafty villains, morally-bankrupt officials and heartless authority figures in films and television since the 1960s. With sinister good looks and a surprising vulnerability, he was cast in such gritty fare as "Point Blank" (1967), "Dirty Harry" (1971), "Topaz" (1969) and "The Outlaw Josey Wales" (1976). But many movie fans may know him best for his role in Animal House as Dean Wormer, who is bent on expelling the hard-partying Delta fraternity house.

But the role I most remember Vernon for was the 1983 women-in-prison exploitation film "Chained Heat." This movie is replete with rape, lots of boobs, frontal nudity, lesbian action, drugs, prostitution, more rapes,  shower scenes, cat fights, shootings, stabbings, strangulations, and most importantly ... a nude John Vernon in a hot tub with a bevy of buxom beauties. Videotaping all his sexploits and keeping a huge DIY porn collection on hand for his edification. Now I wouldn't mind being locked up if I got some quality time with the warden. Damn. I got to find that DVD.

Like all my early objects of lust, Vernon died at 72 in 2005. DAMN!

 C'mon.. look at him. Am I the only one who would take him tn the back room and fuck him 24/7?

 He’s almost always the bad guy, but sometimes you want to fuck the bad guy.

Sometimes you want to see the bad guy because those are the ones you really want to fuck.

 I like to dream that he is.

 Seriously. I got to find this DVD.

 I really wanted to fuck the guy if  I watched this film.

 I'd like to think is really his dick in "Sweet Movie," so no one correct me and leave me to my delusions.

 He was such a bad ass that  Clint Eastwood was scared of him.
