George Grizzard (1928–2007)

As I do with many of my posts, I get inspired to write about someone when see them on television, in a movie or in some kind of news story as I flipped idly through TV channels. Today's post is about an actor I spotted on an "Law & Order" marathon over the weekend. Emmy Award and Tony award-winning actor of film and stage George Grizzard.

A versatile actor who achieved his greatest renown on the stage, playing everything from Shakespeare to Shaw, from Neil Simon to Edward Albee, died in 2007 of complications from lung cancer, but stills gives me a stiffy ever time I see him. Grizzard first caught my eye as as Tom Hanks' future father-in-law in "Bachelor Party." Since seeing that, whether I saw him on "Law & Order" as an imperious lawyer or brothers George and Jamie Devereaux on "The Golden Girls." I always have to touch myself.

I did't know anything about him, other than I want to fuck him, until he died at the age of 79. Turns out he gay and was survived by his long-time partner of nearly 40 years. Which was a surprise to me because it's very rare for me to like a guy who could possibly reciprocate the feeling. Usually, 98.9% of the time I'm lusting after some straight guy. Knowing that, kinda pushes him from 'attractive' to downright 'sexy.'

He was a handsome man.

Mmmm... George Grizzard and Len Cariou...
That's an imaginary coupling that I'd like to see with George being the bottom of course.

I use to imagine that I'd pop in this room during the party and have a little fun with him.
