Philip Baker Hall

Some people are born sexy. Others are people that you wouldn't look twice at when they were younger, but out of nowhere, become totally fuckable. The man in question is Philip Baker Hall. In any given year, if you were to randomly stroll into a movie theater without knowing what you were seeing, there’s a damn fine chance Philip Baker Hall may grace the screen at some point during the film. Hall is one of those character actors whom you see all the time but don’t necessarily recognize.

After I first took notice of the guy, it seemed like he was everywhere. It's astonishing to consider that Hall is just in his 80th decade, not because he doesn't look it, but because he's looked that way for at least twenty years. Not that he’s ever looked ‘young’, he seems to have always had that rugged, wise, ‘old genial’ man appearance. I'd like to think that he sprung into the world fully formed, like Athena. A few directors have been smart enough to cast Hall as the lead, and with his trademark red, sunken eyes, short stature and raspy, slurred speech, there’s simply no forgetting a Hall performance, no matter the amount of time he’s on.

Though he has appeared in more than 100 movies and television shows, consummate character actor Philip Baker Hall says he is still most often recognized as Lt. Bookman, the tough-talking library cop he immortalized in a 1991 episode of "Seinfeld." It makes sense in a way, as Bookman was a classic Hall character: gruff, authoritative, and utterly no-nonsense. It's a persona he's perfected over his lengthy career. Avoiding publicity, he has rarely granted interviews and has divulged almost no personal information. I guess it's unlikely that we will ever get leaked sex tapes of him, but I can dream and I do, A LOT!

I first took notice of  Hall on The FOX series, "The Loop" (a sitcom about an airline) with a memorable shower scene and I have kept an eye on him ever since. 

Bill Smitrovich

Have ever seen an actor that appears in a show or movie your watching but don't really pay any attention to. Some background character actor five minutes or less of scene time. Then they great a role where their look hot as hell and then you want more of them. Watching every obscure movie or show their in just to get a glimpse of them. I spotted my new object of lust, Bill Smitrovich watching "Ted" last week and thought "Damn, I could fuck him." Probaly best known as the father of a teenager who has Down syndrome on the series "Life Goes On".

He had a “manly” way about him, kind of like Dan Lauria, Kevin’s dad on “The Wonder Years”.  My body preference tend to lean towards the husky/chubbier types, however Smitrovich is definitely a magnificent specimen. And I am completely attracted to his handsome face, approachable yet intimidating look that I just go nuts for. I'm still discovering this fine actor's talent and him just in his mid sixties, I'm sure the best is yet to come.

The Men of Murder, She Wrote. SEASON TWO

During the Murder, She Wrote run I use to watch it because I had a crush on Angela Lansbury since seeing Bedknobs and Broomsticks. Now looking at reruns of the show, there were a lot older actors appearing on the show that I was attracted to. Season two is pretty much the same as season one with the except of William Windom becoming a cast regular as Dr. Seth Hazlitt. So here's a run down of the actors I had a thing for that appeared on season two.

Peter Gerety

Peter Gerety is one of the countless, nameless character actors that I've seen over the years whom I've finally got the chance to look up his name. I'm surprised how many of these guys I see in movies and TV shows and don't give them a second look. Then one day, the imaginary switch is flipped and I wanna fuck them. He fits my temple for guys I like. I just recently saw "Get the Gringo" and when this slightly rotund, scruffy guy came on scene, I was in lust.

I recognized him from "Law & Order," "The Wire" and "Homicide: Life on the Street" among other things. It looks like he plays a lot of cop roles in addition to judges/lawyers that sort of thing. He’s good at it. And hot. I'm kinda mad at myself for not noticing him sooner. Now that I know his name, I'll definitely going to keep an eye out for him.

 I can't say no to that face.
